Through guided reflection, practical exercises, and mindfulness techniques, you’ll learn how to recognize your triggers, create mental space before reacting, and respond with clarity and calm. Together, we’ll explore how to build daily “pauses” into your life—moments of stillness that empower you to act with purpose rather than impulse.

In this session, you will:

- Discover what your personal “pause” looks like and how to practice it.
- Learn simple breathwork and grounding techniques to reset your emotions.
- Explore strategies for mindful communication and emotional balance.
- Create a personalized plan to bring more calm, intention, and control into your everyday life and walk away with tools to transform reactivity into reflection and chaos into calm.

Health and wellness have always been an integral part of my life. I’ve long believed that physical activity and nourishing food are the foundation for feeling my best self.

As a mother of two and someone who dedicated many years to a successful sales career, I eventually found myself feeling unfulfilled. Each morning, I woke up without a clear sense of purpose and struggled to find balance in my daily life. I knew something had to change. That realization led me back to my true passion—helping others live healthier, more balanced lives—and inspired me to begin my journey toward becoming board certified in health and wellness coaching.

Today, my mission is to empower others to feel their best selves through midlife and beyond. Whether we’re raising pre-teens and teenagers, supporting aging parents, navigating perimenopause, or adjusting to an empty nest, these transitions can be deeply emotional and often overwhelming.
