Herbal Care for Your Cycle with Denise Rodriguez

  • Cambridge Naturals 23 White Street Cambridge MA 02140 (map)

Join Denise Rodriguez in this 2 part series to learn about your cycle and how to best support it with herbal medicine!

In part one of Herbal Care for Your Cycle, we’re going to go over the foundational knowledge of the anatomy behind our cycle. When working with herbs and lifestyle to support our hormonal health, it’s important to know what an ideal cycle looks like and what’s going on throughout our cycle. This gives us all the information we need in choosing which medicinal herbs to work with and why. We’ll also go over what hormone imbalances can look like in a cycle.

In part two of Herbal Care for Your Cycle, we’ll be diving into herbs. Now that we know what's going on with our hormones and cycle from part one, we can use that information to choose herbs specifically for us. Denise will be going over a handful of herbs that can be helpful depending on what phase of the cycle can use more support. The class will also cover which specific herbs can support different hormone imbalances. Since hormonal health needs to be looked at as a whole, Denise will also talk about how herbs can help our lifestyle habits too.
