Menopause Unmasked: Honoring the Emotional Journey w/ Sarah White

  • Cambridge Naturals 23 White Street Cambridge MA 02140 (map)

This compassionate and empowering class creates a safe space to explore the emotional landscape of perimenopause and menopause—a transition often overlooked or misunderstood. Together, we’ll unmask the complex feelings that can arise during this life stage, from anxiety, grief, and irritability to unexpected liberation, clarity, and renewed purpose.

Through open dialogue, mindfulness practices and creative expression participants will gain tools to better understand and navigate the emotional shifts that accompany hormonal changes. Whether you're just beginning perimenopause or deep in the experience, this class invites you to honor your inner world with curiosity, care, and community.

You will leave with greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and a deeper connection to your evolving identity. This is not just about coping—it’s about reclaiming your story.
