An adventurous and playful yogi at heart, Anne is a 500-RYT, 200-ERYT teacher who believes in the connecting power of yoga. Leading with compassion, Anne designs her sequences to be both challenging and rejuvenating. Her intention is to create a supportive & holistic space for her students to connect back to themselves through mindful movement.
