Phyl London will take you through an innovative, hour-long Pilates workout that incorporates exercises using a 3 lb hula hoop. This highly effective, full-body workout burns fat and sculpts your waistline, hips, legs and arms. Applying traditional Pilates principles, the class will focus on alignment, balance, and endurance with the hula hoop injecting a bit of school-yard fun!
