Gut-Brain Connection with Stephanie from Fuel for Life - Free Event

  • Cambridge Naturals in Brighton 92 Guest Street Brighton, MA, 02135 United States (map)

The gut-brain connection plays an integral role in our overall health. The way our bodies interact
with our environment and vice versa control the functionality and overall health of our gut brain
connection. Emerging research has begun to show that many mental health, autoimmune, and
inflammatory conditions originate from imbalances in our gut microbiota. During this
session we will discuss the following:

1. The role nutrition plays on the gut microbiota and how we can strengthen this connection.

2. Functional foods that improve the gut microbiota and brain health.

3. How to to reduce stress to improve gut functioning, and enhance our mental health

4. The role of fasting in a nutritious diet

The class will be held at our Brigton shop. Space if limited, so please only sign up if you plan on coming. Of course, things come up, so just let us know if something comes up and you can no longer attend!

All attendees will receive a 15% off coupon to shop at our store! We do validate parking for the parking garage directly behind our store - starting at 5pm. There is also street parking around the area. Any questions, please email - victoria@cambridgenaturals.com
