Superieur Plant Based Electrolytes
These powdered electrolytes are not only a delicious way to change up your water game, but are an easy tool to keep hydrated which is so important as we head back to school this fall. Whether our bodies are burnt out from sports, studying late, or even just getting up early to get to class/work, these vitamin C-rich electrolytes will make sure we're getting the nutrients we need to keep going. I have been drinking the raspberry flavor (delish) every day recently and I definitely feel less parched and more energized! They also help me bounce back after a night out, which is so lovely.
Alisa
CV Sciences Plus CBD Calm Gummies
These flavorful gummies are a perfect pick me up for days when stress is inevitable. Not only are they loaded with 10mg of CBD, these gummies also contain an adequate dose of L theanine and 5 HTP, sure to keep the mind cool, calm and collected.
Alexandra
FES Five-Flower Formula Flower Essence Blend
This five flower blend is perfect for back to school time. I always carry it with me, but it definitely gets the most use when I start up classes again. It contains;
clematis to aid in focus, cherry plum to help keep calm, impatiens to quell irritability, rock rose to implement courage, and star of bethlehem to neutralize grief and promote inner strength. This is the best on-the-spot fix for when I get overwhelmed while I'm out and about. Definitely a must have for any students returning to classes this fall, as well as all of the parents that are helping them do it!
Allison
The Completist Daily Planner Pad - Inky
Even though I'm not a student anymore, I like to use this time of year to get re-grounded in routine and revamp my organization. Summer is great time to relax and unwind, but it can lack productivity - this notepad is provides the structure you need to get back to full productivity this fall! This notepad is useful for anyone planning busy days, but is great for students and teachers heading back to school.

Urban Moonshine Immune Tonic
As we shift into cooler weather, it is vital that we are proactive in taking care of our immune systems. This tonic from Urban Moonshine features reishi mushrooms and astragalus root, which are known for their immune supporting properties. Also included are other mushrooms, roots, and berries, such as maitake, ginger, and schisandra, making this a potent product. In addition to immune support, reishi mushrooms and schisandra berries have the added benefit of stress support, which I think we could all use a little of right now! Using this tonic daily last year I felt safe and supported, and look forward to doing the same in the coming months. I like to put a few drops in homemade lemonade or sparkling water!
Amber
I adore autumn. The moment it starts to get cooler, I'm excited to break out my fuzzy socks and brew a big cup of Lapsang Souchong tea. This woodsy, darkly sweet black tea is smoked during processing, giving it a perfectly autumnal aroma. While it's something of an acquired taste, those who like Lapsang never miss a chance to extol the beauty of its flavor. It's like sipping whiskey by a campfire. Lapsang Souchong is also incredibly versatile--try it as a cocktail ingredient or as a spice in both meat-based and vegetarian recipes.

Athletic Brewing Co. Upside Dawn N/A Golden Ale
Octoberfest is close and I love beer. Recently I decided to cut out Alcohol from my life and it feels great. Athletic Brewing Co. makes the best N/A beers I’ve tried. They are great with any meal, fantastic while you work, and just all around a great experience.
Caleb
Ursa Major Daily Defense Lotion with SPF
I’m a big fan of this light, clean, and effective SPF lotion! It’s easy to apply, blends well and doesn’t leave a white zinc cast on my skin. I have a bottle at home, one in my car, and another in my overnight bag. SPF is so important, even on cloudy days.
Deborah
Yogi Chai Rooibos with Oatly Full Fat Oat Milk
My day does not start until I have a mug of Yogi Chai Rooibos tea, with a healthy splash of Oatley oat milk. The rich blend of warm spices and the robustness of the rooibos are a gentle wake-up, without the jitter some of us get from caffeine. The oat milk adds just the right amount of rich sweetness. All the flavor, all the warmth, none of the caffeine!
Emily K.
Clary Collection All Purpose Balm
I can’t get enough of this balm - for soothing my cracked cuticles and nails (the victims of too much sanitizers), for protecting and nourishing my lips, and for healing the patches of eczema that flare up in times of stress. Formulated with healing herbs like calendula, chamomile, and plantain leaf, it’s the perfect balm to have on hand (pun intended) at all times! I carry one in my CN tote bag, in my car, and stash one in my nightstand for morning and nightly use.
Meghan
Health-Ade Kombucha - Ginger Lemon (and all the others)
These Kombuchas are light, bubbly and delicious- I cannot get enough of them! Whether lunch seems just a bit too far or if I want something to settle my stomach after a meal, Health-Ade has not steered me wrong. All the fruit flavors are amazing, but the Ginger says hello to fall as the Lemon kisses summer goodbye.
Mike
BREW DR UPLIFT - Blueberry Raspberry
I've been doing my best these past few months to get enough sleep, and then wake up with good energy and intentions to take on the day ahead. And in all honesty, it continues to be a tough time, as you might be feeling those same experiences as well. What has helped me get back into a good mindset and re-centered recently are these crazy delicious and functionally focusing new BREW DR UPLIFT beverages in our cooler! They start with a blend of certified organic yerba mate, green tea, and guayusa leaf for a really clean 150 mg of caffeine per can, and then include all organic purees of fruit and berries for a really full, authentic flavor. Probiotics included as well. I have fallen in love with the Blueberry Raspberry variety, and I just keep going back for more to keep focused! BREW DR also donates 1% of UPLIFT sales to social justice organizations, which I am here for and is great to see the company uplift those that need it most.
Molly
Sound Sparkling Water - Blood Orange Vanilla Black Tea
The beautiful branding drew me in; but the light, refreshing flavor and touch of caffeine kept me coming back. A lovely afternoon antidote to the post-lunch malaise!
Morgan
Counter Couture Campfire Mug - Bison
Pour in coffee. Clutch to warm chilly fingers. Imagine when the bison were everywhere.

Pipette Mineral Sunscreen Broad Spectrum SPF 50
Rated as one of the BEST sunscreens for your face, according to Women's Health Magazine. Lightweight, moisturizing, non sticky, and fast-absorbing sunscreen that is aesthetically pleasing on all skin including darker skin types. Love the creaminess and transparency and it feels more like a lotion than sunscreen. It goes on the easiest and doesn't leave a ghostly white cast which is so hard to find in a 100% mineral sunscreen. It has other lovely ingredients like squalane to replenish moisture and antioxidants as well. I love that there is almost no scent. So whether you are at the school, park, beach or lake you don't smell like a fruity tropical mixed drink.
A reef-friendly sunscreen made with 100% mineral non-nano zinc oxide for broad spectrum UVA/UVB protection. Hypoallergenic, free of synthetic fragrances, cruelty-free, and vegan.
Rose
This blend of roasted barley, rye, dandelion, and sugar beet extracts is amazing hot or cold. Perfect for early fall days when the mornings can start to get chilly but the sun is still strong. Dandelion is believed to support the liver’s natural detoxification process, soothe the nervous system, and calm the stomach. It delivers a smooth, creamy, rich flavor that fits the bill for someone like me who loves coffee but had to kick the caffeine! Mix with some Oatly and call it a day!
Sally
Brown Butter Almond Brittle… it’s like an adult/healthy Toasted Almond bar from the ice cream truck that used to prowl my neighborhood as a child. Delicious, refreshing, Ice cream made with grass - grazed milk, happy cows and a lot of love.
Sarah
tenoverten Reparative Base Coat
My nails take a toll all times of the year, but I especially love to frequently change bright polish colors in the summer which can start to wear my nails out. The tenoverten Restorative Base Coat is a rock star at strengthening nails. I felt a huge change right away. It even leaves enough of a shine to be worn alone. I will seriously never go without this again.
Steph
Stress-induced breakouts? Indie Lee's Banish Solution will become your new spot savior. Anti-inflammatory colloidal sulfur, zinc oxide, and salicylic acid work overtime to dramatically reduce redness and blemish size overnight. My must-have pick for your back-to-school skincare routine, or for anyone who struggles with unwelcome cysts, or the occasional hormonal breakout. Magic in a bottle.
Vika
Dr. Bronner's Magic All-One Chocolate - Smooth Coconut Praline
I didn't know what to expect from Dr. Bronner's Chocolate, but oh was I pleasantly surprised!? It's rich, it's creamy with a soft filling inside that melts in your mouth, the ingredients are the best that there can be. This coconut praline was the second one that I have tried, first was the crunchy hazelnut - which was ALSO amazing. Now I feel like I must try them all! Truly Magical.
Staff Picks: Summertime 2021
Abby
Sumac Berry Powder
Sumac is one of my favorite spices year round, but especially during the summer. Such a lovely, tart, and refreshing flavor that works for both savory and sweet. I love finishing tzatziki, kebabs, and salads with it.
Alina
North Coast Organics Death By Lavender Deodorant
Summer means sunshine, plant growth, happiness, and everyone’s favorite bodily excretion... sweat. Enter North Coast Organics Death by Lavender deodorant! I am a rather sweaty gal myself (I’ve been diagnosed with hyperhidrosis — you’re jealous, I know) but this all-natural deo leaves me smelling fresh and floral even after a full day of activities. We also have a little travel size version of this for your Summer getaways. Happy sweating!
Alyssa
DRAM Apothecary Gingergrass +Hemp
During the warmer months all I want to drink is seltzer. Dram was the first herbal seltzer I tried and it's held its place as my favorite over the years. The Gingergrass + CBD always leaves me feeling refreshed, calm, and cool on even the hottest days. It tastes amazing and the added benefits from adaptogens and CBD really make this a special product.
Amber
After winter months stuck in heavy boots, it's nice to finally wear sandals again. A bright pedicure with Triple O Nail Polish (my choice is shade Dakodonu, a vibrant royal blue) is the perfect way to bring some spring into your steps.
Brenden
Getting to eat good food outside with good people is a good time. Pick up these TO-GO Ware utensil sets for a zero waste experience the next time you order takeout and head to the hills, or the park, or the backyard.

Beekeeper’s Naturals Propolis Throat Spray
This lightly sweet, propolis-packed spray is portable and pocket sized which makes it convenient to support my immune system on quick trips this summer. Propolis is produced by bees via tree and plant resins and is known to have antifungal and antibacterial properties. I love it as a daily supplement, and I usually increase my intake when I'm feeling a little stressed, or out of my usual routine. Beekeeper's Naturals also makes a kids' version of this!
Deborah
Bjorn Quorn Classic
As a summertime snacker, I am loving the Bjorn Quorn classic. I love a good chip or popcorn to throw in my bag to take to the beach. Especially when the treat is relatively guilt-free but still totally yummy!
Emily J.
Here we are again, its time once more for my annual 'Ode to Badger's Anti-Bug Spray'. How I loath mosquitoes yet they are obsessed with me, its a unrequited love story of the ages. But with Badger's Anti-Bug Spray, they stay away and I stay itch free, smelling like lemongrass! It also comes in a solid stick, which I keep in my bag all summer (you never know who's cook out is in a mosquito den of a backyard..), so you'll be Deet-free and ready to party ;)
Emily K.
Patagonia Provisions Smoked Mussels
Tis the season of outdoor picnics and (finally) small social gatherings! I'm a little rusty at preparing big, extravagant meals for friends (and who wants to be standing over a hot stove for hours) so I love quick fixes like a snack platter, complete with my favorite smoked mussels from Patagonia Provisions. These delicious, sustainable morsels are perfect atop a salty cracker, perhaps with a little dijon mustard or hot sauce. Or, sauté them in with a little garlic, olive oil, white wine and chopped parsley for a quick and easy pasta that's even better the next day!
John
It's grilling season again, and Dark Horse is here to help you up your condiment game! Their new fermented Umami Ketchup offers a depth of flavor for your burgers, portabellos, or dogs (if you're one of those "ketchup on hot dogs" philistines) that will have you forgetting all about traditional ketchup and/or catsup. Pair it with their equally flavor packed fermented mustard for a combination that can't be beat!
Meghan
Meow Meow Tweet Everyday Sunscreen SPF 25
I have been using this sunscreen for 2 years now and I love it. Lightweight, silky, even coverage. Safe and effective ingredients. Cute, environmentally friendly packaging. Very accessible price point. However, my approval is more of the roar than a meow ;)
Mike
Tiny Arms Coffee Earthtones Blend
I'll admit, I have not been a robust coffee drinker throughout most of my life. Soon becoming the new Grocery Lead for Cambridge Naturals, I have felt determined to dive into our curated selection of wonderfully sourced and locally owned coffee brands, and I am finally feeling the magic! One of our newest lines of locally owned + roasted coffee that we are proud to carry is Tiny Arms Coffee Roasters - located in Lowell MA! I have fallen in love with their Earthtones Blend, which brews up a full bodied experience with tasting notes of dark chocolate, toasted almonds, candied orange, and black cherry. I've used my french press thus far, but they note that it is well enjoyed as pour over or espresso. I'll be experimenting with these different brew styles and falling in love with this coffee all summer long!
Molly
Siete Kettle Cooked Potato Chips Sea Salt & Vinegar
I'm a potato chip fanatic and these Siete chips do not disappoint! The addition of Serrano pepper makes for a fun spin on the classic Salt & Vinegar flavor. They are kettle cooked to crunchy perfection with a bold and tangy flavor and just a touch of heat from the Serranos. These babies just scream, "Beach Snack!" To me, there is nothing better than sitting next to a lake/pool/the ocean, post-swim with a delicious sandwich and bag of chips for lunch. These Sea Salt & Vinegar Potato Chips will be an excellent addition to my summer picnics.
Morgan
Heritage Store Rose Petals Rosewater
Rose water is anti-inflammatory, hydrating, and soothing: the perfect cool down mist in the summer heat.
Nancy
The warm cozy weather is finally here and if you're an outdoorsy - adventurous person like me would know that exposing your face skin for hours and hours to the sunlight could affect that gorgeous glowing skin. For this precise reason, I'm sharing a fabulous DIY facemask. Of course you could thank me later! You only need to mix: ground Star Anise (powder form, you could use a coffee grinder), one organic yolk or organic plant based yogurt, and a tsp of organic grapeseed oil. Leave it for 25 minutes. Remove it gently with a warm piece of cloth. Star Anise - Skin health: this herb can help minimize the appearance of wrinkles, boost skin elasticity, and cover-up old scars and blemishes to keep your skin looking young and vibrant. Star Anise is actually the hard pericarp of the fruit of the star anise tree. The name anise is a combination of its shape and its similarity in flavor to aniseed. It contains a high level of antioxidants, a significant amount of iron, and smaller amounts of vitamin C, calcium, potassium and magnesium.
Rose
Hillside Harvest Sun Kissed Tomato Hot Sauce
Hillside Harvest's Sun Kissed Tomato Hot Sauce has a bright and zesty flavor and medium heat that is the perfect addition to so many of our favorite summer dishes. Add a dash, or 10, to any dish to ramp up the flavor with minimal effort. Great on eggs, in mayo or yogurt as a spicy condiment, or really, on anything. Bonus that it's locally made right here in Boston with roots in Jamaica.
Sally

The purchase of these baskets help provide funding for healthcare and school supplies for the weavers and their families.

It Feels Good To Be Yourself: A Book About Gender Identity
This book is a wonderful way to introduce readers of all ages to the concept of gender identity. The art is beautiful in both color and style, and the writing is thoughtful and welcoming. As a nonbinary reader, this book made me feel joyfully seen, and the central message that resonated with me (and I expect will resonate with other readers) was encapsulated in the title - it feels truly good to be yourself.
Sarah

De La Calle Tepache- Tradicional Pineapple Spice
New at CN, and my new favorite summertime bev, De La Calle's Pineapple Spice Tepache. These Mexican fermented pineapple drinks are delicious and refreshing on their own, but even better with tequila or mezcal, a squeeze of lime and a tajin rim.
Vicki
Sprout Living Epic Protein- Pro Collagen Plant Protein
I only drink smoothies during the warmer months, when our bodies can tolerate the cold. Originally I was hesitant to try this, as I thought it would be super fruity (the packaging screams berries to me) BUT it tastes like cake. Sprout Living Protein Powders are one of the cleanest and tastiest protein powders we stock. I am currently sipping on my morning smoothie, with powerhouse additions such as: I used 1 packet of the powder, 2 cups of homemade cashew milk, and half teaspoons of cordyceps powder and spirulina powder from the bulk section, and half a teaspoon of Host Defense Turkey Tail Powder.
Zach
CN Dad Hat
Finally the weather is warm enough to get in some more hiking and outdoors time! But you gotta protect your skin from UV. And what better way to do just that and to represent than in my new Cambridge Naturals Dad Hat! A new version with a 'deeper' feel which I prefer, plus great new colors! Olive Green is my perennial favorite.
Staff Picks: Hello Spring
Abby
Crystal’s Raw Wildflower Honey
One of my favorite ways to fight springtime allergies is to eat a teaspoon of local honey a day. Crystal's honey is minimally processed, still containing bits of bee pollen and propolis, and comes in a great 5 lb jar that lasts me all spring!
Alina
Baggu's Backyard Fruit Mask Set is the safe AND trendy accessory everyone needs this spring. The colorful fruits epitomize warm weather and happiness, while the mask's design is comfortable for most adults and is really convenient for those who wear glasses. I've never had my glasses fog up while wearing these bad boys.
Alisa
Daydream Dessert Raspberry Almond Ganache
Delectable, irresistible goodness, wrapped up in dreamy packaging. No, I'm not sharing.
Amber Suggests:
Casamara Club Sera Soda
I'm absolutely obsessed with Casamara Club's sodas inspired by Italian bitters. The Sera flavor is bright and fruity, with a floral subtlety perfect for springtime. They're non-alcoholic and low in sugar as well. Honestly, all the Casamara Club sodas are incredible, but the Sera is my favorite.
Brenden
Vibrant Health Green Vibrance
Green Vibrance is powerful like the spring sun. This powder will light up your days and carry you through to that extra hour of sunlight without a blink. The ingredients list is a library of grasses, fruits, veggies, and much much more. I take this daily to give my day an extra boost of energy and to give my gut extra digestive support. BUYER BEWARE: It doesn't taste great, really at all, but that's how you know its good for you! Remember that old saying, "Happy gut, happy life"?
Caleb
Host Defense Cordyceps Energy Support
Medicinal mushrooms like Cordyceps have become some of my most important daily supplements. Nothing else I’ve tried has worked to give me a calm full body energy like Host Defense Cordyceps. I have capsules at home and carry a bottle of their tincture wherever I go.
Chuck
My staff pick is the Panda licorice. EITHER ONE BUT THE OLD MAN IN ME SAYS THE BLACK LICORICE IS THE ONLY WAY.
Courtney
Brittany Wood Nickerson's approachable and informative book makes it easy to incorporate new practices into my routine as we shift seasons. There are helpful tips and recipes for each month of the year. A favorite tea blend she suggests for March: cleavers, nettle, red clover blossom, violet leaf, dandelion root and burdock root. These herbs support the body's detoxification process--a huge part of moving into spring!
Emily J.
Cocokind Resurfacing Sleep Mask
What better way to slough off winter than fresh radiant skin! Cocokind's Resurfacing Sleep Mask has become a recent staple in my nightly routine. I think 2020 prematurely aged me (or maybe it was not wearing spf for 31 years...WHO'S TO SAY). Either way, fine lines and hyperpigmentation have entered my life. After two uses, I my "11's" were noticeably less pronounced- thanks to the main ingredient bakuchiol, a plant-derived gentle retinol alternative, my skin has been glowing and becoming more even toned & smooth! Obsessed.
Emily K.
Something & Nothing Yuzu Seltzer
This delicious, lightly sweet and perfectly crisp seltzer fills me with so much happiness, and as the springtime evenings get warmer and lighter, will be my backyard hang beverage of choice.

John
Neighborly Farms Chipotle Cheddar
I've waited patiently these long, dark months for weather that will allow me to pull my little charcoal grill outside and light her up. Now that it's an option, you can bet I'll be coating my cheeseburgers in a bubbling layer of Neighborly Farms Chipotle Cheddar Cheese. It brings the perfect mildly hot bite to burgers, be they beef, bison, or Beyond. We don't stock this variety year-round, so savor the flavor while you can!
Karyn
Now that it’s bright and sunny out at least some of the time I’ve been making sure to wear this facial sunscreen. (Year round use is obviously recommended, but If I’m being honest I’ll admit that I only ever think to use it when the sun is out). As a pale person who actually had prescription sunscreen as a child, I know my way around this stuff (yes. I extra should use this year round and fully expect to regret not doing so someday). I like this one because it’s SPF 32 and doesn’t feel greasy or gross when I put it on my face. (Please don’t stage a wear SPF on your face all the time intervention for me. Writing this has already convinced me to *try* and do so).
Matt
Urban Moonshine Bitters
Bitters are a great way to support your liver and improve digestion. I like to enjoy bitters before a meal or during a meal either straight up or mixed in some sparkling water.
Mike
As we begin again to lay down fresh roots, in our raised beds and in our daily intentions, and with the seasons shifting into days of warmer weather and rebirth, my desire to maintain personal wellness and feel good through Spring can not be understated. This Choice Organics Oolong Tea is bold, aromatic, grounding, intentional, full of nutrients and antioxidants, and just the right amount of caffiene to get me through the days ahead, reassured by the fact that with a bit more time and effort staying safe and masking up, everything will get better from here.
Meghan
CN Turmeric Liquid Veggie Caps
As the weather starts to warm and the outdoors become more and more enticing I am thankful to have this Turmeric in my daily supplements routine. Since taking this regularly (about 8 months now) I have been very pleased with the results. My bothersome right knee is far less bothersome, my restless leg issues have not shown themselves for over 6 months and I think I can even attribute improved gum health to it. Also, it has a very satisfying flavor.
Morgan
Springtime means flowers and loveliness and sunshine...and being utterly and completely miserable because my nose won't stop running and my eyes feel like they're made of the itchiest wool known to humanity. Except when I take Quercetin, which calms all that madness down. Known to inhibit histamine production, Quercetin is also super high in antioxidants, as well as being anti-inflammatory. It's big time magic.
Nancy
Avena Botanicals Rose Petal Elixir
Spring is around the corner and beautiful flowers will be a trending topic everywhere! Rose is one of my favorite ones and discovering this lovely - fabulous - settling Rose Elixir from Avena Botanicals makes my heart explode out of so much love! My favorite way to take this Rose Elixir is by mixing 5 to 7 drops with Organic Coconut Water and Hibiscus & Rose Seltzer or Yuzu Seltzer from Something & Nothing (we sell these seltzers at Cambridge Naturals). Sometimes I add some mint or basil leaves and a hint of nutmeg or cinnamon! Yuuummmm!!!!
This extraordinary elixir relaxes the nervous system, soothe and support digestive system, cool emotional heat and inflammation related to women's reproductive health, and fill the heart with harmony and peace!

Cookie Pal Pumpkin Chia Dog Biscuits
These Human grade dog biscuits are organic, with very few ingredients, sustainable packaging and.... yummy .....as per a CN staff member ! With Spring in the air, we are seeing a lot more dogs and puppies out and about, walking by our open front door at Porter Square store. We always have a bag of treats at the ready for our four legged friends who unfortunately can’t come into the store (unless a emotional or support animal)
This give all staff an opportunity for a friendly furry much needed "treat" moment. These biscuits are a favorite, as well as the other Sweet Potato & Flax recipe, also ...yummy ...according to same staff member !
Sam
Natural Earth Paint Wooden Eggs Craft Kit
When I want a satisfying, savory breakfast with more fiber than your garden-variety poultry egg, I reach for Earth Paint's Wooden Eggs. These handcrafted, sustainable eggs are made of wood rather than... well.. egg, so each one contains 600% your daily value of insoluble non-dietary fiber. It's generally recommended not to eat these, but sometimes, you just need a better breakfast.
I find them almost impossible to scramble, though. :(
Steph
Wooden Spoon Herbs Solar Power Energy Tincture
This antioxidant packed bottle goes with me everywhere. Not only for a gentle energy boost, but also to support seasonal allergies, hormonal balance, digestion, and skin. It tastes yummy too! Happy to have these back in stock at both locations.

I am not vegan, but I prefer the taste of this kimchi to others. Recently, it has become a favorite addition to tuna salads. It can be used with almost any meal, assisting in digestion and assimilation of food.
Zach
Sprout Living Protein Powder
After emerging from a long winter hibernation, I think it's time to get back on my fitness routine for spring. Longer days, warmer nights, and plenty of sunshine means touching up that winter diet too! I've tried dozens of protein powders over the years and Sprout Living is some of the best. Certified Organic, Sprouted, Stevia Extract free (it uses whole leaf!) - it's simply the best value for the best quality. The 'Greens Kingdom' and 'Coffee-Mushroom' are my favorites but they're all great with a nice oat milk or Grassfed Dairy Milk. All come in packet sizes as well as 1lb bags.
Staff Picks: Welcome, 2021!

Apis Apotheca Dragon Balm
As someone who suffers with periodic, reactive skin, I was skeptical to put this goop on my face. My coworker endlessly badgered me to give this product a shot, despite my lingering hesitation. Two weeks later, I can say this balm is a keeper. My post acne marks have accelerated their healing process. In addition, my skin appears more even and radiant. This is definitely worth a try to revive damaged skin!
Amber Suggests:
Numi Chocolate Pu-Erh tea

Naturally a great source of vitamin C, paired with its antihistamine and anti-inflammatory properties give this herb two big CN thumbs up from me! If you can, go for the locally grown nettles from Free Verse Farm!

As someone prone to headaches, I occasionally find that wearing a mask for an entire day at work exacerbates the tension I carry in my neck and shoulders. This balm helps to cool and calm the pain, and the stick format makes it easy to apply.
Sarah
Full Circle Reusable Plant Towel Roll
Unlike any other reusable towels I've tried, these stay soft even when dry. They are thin and pliable just like an actual paper towel. I LOVE them.
Steph
I admittedly take an overflowing handful of supps every morning and night (yikes), but this one is easily the most appealing. It's loaded with immune-boosting manuka honey, sovereign silver, turkey tail mushroom, and herbs...and tastes so good. You don't need to be feeling under the weather to enjoy this--but let it work its magic, if you are.
Vicki
For it's buttery texture, glass jar, and delicious taste. I've used Manuka Honey for skin ailments, such as rashes or breakouts that I have had. For skin inflammation, topical application works really well with Manuka. For immune, digestive, and overall health support, eating a teaspoon a day will do the trick. The higher the MGO(methylglyoxal) number, the more health benefits. Although keep in mind for general immune support, a lower numbered Manuka will be great. The strength of the honey gets stronger as time passes, so Bees and Trees waits 2 years or so before bottling their honey!

This stuff truly is magical, I had super chapped and cracked lips from wearing my mask all day and this is the one product (I tried many) that soothed my lips! Definitely love the ultra moisturizing and balmy texture too.
Alisa Suggests: Carina Organics Dandruff Flake Removal Shampoo
The holy grail of shampoos. Instantly transformed by brittle, bleached hair, into baby soft smoothness. I've since ditched my high end shampoos and am never going back. Highly recommended for unruly, chemically damaged tresses.
Amber Suggests: Panda Soft Black Licorice
I'm a huge black licorice fan and will try any kind I find, but this one in particular is incredible. Sweet and natural with a very modest flavor, it might even make a convert out of people who are otherwise not into licorice.
Brenden Suggests: Four Sigmatic Reishi Elixir
The most magical of all the legal magic mushrooms available on the market. I drink two packets every night and it truly helps me settle down, especially after getting my toddler to bed and doing all of the things to put the house back together.
Caleb Suggests: Herbalogic Fixed Focus
Feeling foggy? This simple blend of white tea, and the adaptogens, Eleuthero and Gynostema is my go-to tincture for when I need to focus. It gives me mental energy without the physical jitters I get with coffee. Perfect for getting back into school, work, or creative project. I have a bottle on my desk and another in my bag.
Chuck Suggests: Host Defense Lion’s Mane Extract
It made me remember to do my staff pick!

If you use this shower gel with the Exfoliating Gloves from EcoTools you'll have the smoothest, softest skin without any irritation! I would advise using this duo before shaving, waxing or applying self tanner.

After trying many lip balms, this is actually healed my lips! Highly recommend for anyone with chronic chapped lips.
Emily K. Suggests: Klean Kanteen TKPro Insulated Bottle with Cup
As the weather cools, I’m looking forward to many long day hikes in the great outdoors, and taking in the view with a cup of hot tea or coffee (or maybe mulled wine!) from this all-in-one thermal canteen.
Jake Suggests: Coyote River Hemp Co. Hemp Infused Maple Lemonade
Because it’s new and really good.
John Suggests: Lotus Foods Organic Forbidden Rice
To quote the great sage Al Jourgensen, every day is Halloween. But to be more specific, for me the season starts in earnest one day after Labor Day and ends around Veterans' Day. Did you know Forbidden Rice will impart its black patina to other foods you cook it with? Try it with a chicken and rice soup. If you throw in some slime-green peas and jack o' lantern-orange carrots, maybe a little bruise-purple cabbage, you've got your entire spooky season color palette in soup form.
Meghan Suggests: Simply Gum- the whole line!
Power to the mask wearers! But, in the words of David Sedaris “Everywhere I go it smells the same, and it smells like my breath," Simply Gum gives my breath a breadth of tastes and smells. Plus- NO PLASTIC!!!
Mike Suggests: Native Forest Organic Coconut Milk
This has been a staple for myself over the past few weeks, and has helped me stay focused and keep on track doing keto! Non-BPA can, No guar gum. Just organic coconut milk and filtered water. Makes for a delicious base for smoothies, curry, golden milk, chia pudding, matcha lattes, and protein shakes!
Morgan Suggests: Mountain Rose Herbs Hibiscus Flowers
Because water is boring, and hibiscus water is not.
Nancy Suggests: Indie Lee Brightening Cleanser
Joylessly, some of us are dealing with minor pimple outbreaks due to the face covering protocol. No more tears please, some of the key - lovely ingredients are here to help you: Lycopene powerful antioxidant derived from the tomato that fends off environmental aggressors and Strawberry Seed Oil rich in salicylic acid and vitamin A, B, C and E, boots elasticity and radiance. Great for all skin! Even very sensitive!

Because I love beans!
Sally Suggests: Fat of the Land Kava Elixir
Just 1 dropper full at the right moment can make a world of difference ! I find when the day gets a bit intense and I feel overwhelmed, this Kava Elixir very subtlety makes me feel relaxed and calm.
Sam Suggests: Baggu Face Masks
Made of two layers of sturdy cotton, these masks are both stylish and comfortable, and constructed to conform to the face in a way that safely covers both nose and mouth. Remember, masks aren't effective if both nose and mouth aren't covered! Also, I get strong fall vibes from the different color palettes - warm harvest reds, muted mustards, bright oranges, sage greens. Coordinate a mask with your outfit for safety and style!
Sarah Suggests: Nubian Heritage Mango Butter Hand & Body Scrub
I am not exaggerating when I say that I have tried every single body scrub we carry. It's my thing. And the scrub factor on this is where it's at. It doesn't dissolve super quickly, allowing for extra scrub time and it smells soooooo good. Lately I use it on my hands too before moisturizing. I no longer live without this. Ever.
Steph Suggests: Host Defense Superfoods Greens Powder
I recently started shaking this into my water (+ Superieur Electrolytes, a splash of ACV, squeeze of lime--and sometimes pine pollen powder). The taste is mild and blends into water pretty easily. I'm really into this as a no-fuss way to get in brain-boosting mushrooms, electrolytes and nutrient dense greens.
Vicki Suggests: Oatly Full Fat Oat Milk
The Full Fat is much much creamier than the "original". It completes my morning beverage of choice!
Zach Suggests: Indie Lee Squalane Facial Oil
Like so many people I've got Eczema, Psoriasis, & Seb Derm, so my skin doesn't really like most any moisturizer. I tried hundreds of skincare products (natural and not natural) until I finally came upon Squalane. It's super gentle, doesn't clog my pores or aggravate my skin, and combined with a little silicone or glycerine for some added moisture - it's just the thing! And Indie Lee is the best I've found.

John Suggests: Coming soon!
Lauren Suggests: Four Sigmatic Mushroom Coffee Mix
Life with a newborn can make rest hard to come by. While Four Sigmatic products have always been favorites of mine, I’m loving them now more than ever. This mushroom coffee supplies me with the energy I need with minimal caffeine, so baby’s milk isn’t impacted and I’m not left jittery. The added Cordyceps, which can offer anti-inflammatory benefits, has been supporting my body through both our world’s stressful times and postpartum recovery.
Matt Suggests: Superieur Watermelon Electrolytes
Superieur Electrolytes are my go to supplement over the summer when I want to stay hydrated. These electrolytes are refreshing and taste good without being too sweet. They are full of real and clean ingredients like Himalayan Salt, Acerola Berry, and Ionic Sea Minerals. ~

Zach Suggests: Clean Giving Hand Sanitizer
Local, Simple, Effective. 80% alcohol in a convenient spray bottle. And a 1-for-1 donation for every ounce bought!
