Health Kinesiology™ is a comprehensive system of energy work based on muscle testing and the Chinese meridian system. The focus of HK is to identify energy patterns and blocks and how they influence us on a cellular level. The clearing of energy blockages enables the possibility for the body to heal, leading to the alleviation of stress/pain. This in turn supports the client’s life to change.

Following my introduction to Health Kinesiology in 2005, my professional life changed forever. What I witnessed in that first session struck my core in a way that nothing else ever has. In an instant, I saw how the vibrational nature of our world influences all of us in ways that few realize and even fewer have experienced its benefits.
